Archive policy
Chapter 7 Season 3 remains a 117-entry historical collection. It is not labeled current and is not added to the 47-entry Season 4 completion denominator.
What is preserved
The July additions remain in the same established order.
The later eight entries remain appended after the 109-position prefix.
Scoped v1 and v2 data stays readable while v3 stores the complete current collection.
How compatibility works
Season 4 entries use IDs beginning with c7s4:. Season 3 IDs and the original 33 Season 4 IDs are untouched. The current app stores all 164 supported entries in a v3 key while continuing to write scoped v2 and v1 payloads for cached older pages. If an older page later saves progress, the current app merges only that older page's known scope and preserves the new v42.10 entries.
Version 1 links affect only Season 3; version 2 links affect Season 3 plus the original v42.00 roster; version 3 links include every current entry. Resetting still clears only the selected season. Older backups restore only the scope they knew, while new version 3 backups cover both seasons and every v42.10 addition.
Why archive labels matter for search and users
Calling 117 entries “current” after Override launched would give collectors the wrong target and make current-season pages compete with historical pages. The archive keeps valuable Season 3 information available while the homepage and current hub answer the live-season question directly.

Can I still view my Season 3 checklist?
Yes. Choose Chapter 7 Season 3 in the homepage season selector. Its saved entries remain separate from the current Season 4 total.
Do old checklist links still work?
Yes. Version 1 links decode against the original Season 3 order. Importing one changes only the Season 3 scope and preserves Season 4 progress.
Did the site combine 117 old entries with 47 current entries?
No. Storage can remember both seasons, but every progress percentage and completion denominator uses the season currently selected.
