Current XP and mastery workflow
How to level up Sprites in Fortnite
Use the current v42.10 progression loop without importing old XP tables, Dust costs, or past-season mastery rules.
Independent fan-made Fortnite tracking tool. Identity and affiliation disclosure.
Use the Sprite's supported in-match progression, or extract a duplicate you already own to send Sprite XP to the matching collection entry. Once that Sprite is maxed, Epic says to drop in with it and extract it to master it. Always confirm the result in Fortnite before marking Mastered here.

- 01
Choose the exact entry
Confirm the Sprite and form you want to progress. Base, Gold, Cheat Master, and the enabled Loot Hacker Crown are separate collection entries.
- 02
Gain matching Sprite XP
Use its supported gameplay route or extract a duplicate. v42.10 sends duplicate-extraction XP to the matching entry already in your collection.
- 03
Reach maximum level
Watch the in-game collection or level display. This guide does not publish a universal XP number because Epic's checked notes do not provide one for every Sprite.
- 04
Extract to master
Take the maxed Sprite into a match and complete an extraction. Check that Fortnite records Mastered before updating your private checklist.
Current leveling routes that change the plan
| Route or Sprite | Verified rule | Practical use |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate extraction | An already-owned duplicate grants XP to the matching collection entry | Turn repeat finds into targeted progress instead of treating them as wasted |
| Crown | Only winning matches levels it | Equip the required Crown form before pursuing a Victory Royale |
| Klombo | Only Health or Shield consumables level it during a match | Carry qualifying consumables and keep in-match leveling separate from duplicate-extraction collection XP |
| Mastery Monday | Epic lists twice-as-fast leveling and 2× Dust from extractions | Concentrate leveling and duplicate extractions on the weekly event when it is active |
Why mastery is more useful in v42.10
Epic reduced the Sprite Dust cost to resummon a mastered Sprite by half and added a new Mastery reward track. That makes mastery useful beyond checklist completion. Exact reward items can change by update, so the Mastery rewards page keeps the active track separate from the archived Season 3 Quack milestones.
Do not mix local marks with in-game progression
Marking Owned or Mastered here changes only local browser data. It cannot grant XP, extract a Sprite, claim a reward, or verify your inventory. Confirm every progression step in Fortnite first; existing saved marks and old share links remain untouched by this guide.
