Who operates Sprite Checklist
Sprite Checklist is independently operated by Evan Reed as an individual project for a global audience. It is not operated by Epic Games. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
Your checklist stays in your browser
Owned and mastered states, filters, and theme preference are stored in your
browser using localStorage. We do not require an account and do not
upload your checklist to a Sprite Checklist database.
Resetting the checklist or clearing this site's browser storage removes that local copy. A backup file you downloaded remains wherever you saved it.
The season-aware release keeps the legacy Season 3 v1 save for compatibility and adds a v2 local save for both supported seasons. A valid v1 save is copied into v2 without deleting the original key. New changes keep the legacy Season 3 scope and the all-season scope synchronized locally; neither is uploaded to us.
Share images, messages, links, and backup files
A share link encodes your owned and mastered states in the link itself. Anyone who receives that link can read and import the shared state, so treat it as public. A Discord message includes that same link plus summary statistics and part of your missing list.
Share-card images are rendered in your browser. They contain summary counts, rarity and variant progress, up to three suggested missing entries, verification details, and our domain; they do not contain the full item-by-item state or checklist link. Downloaded images and backup files stay wherever you save them. If you use your device share sheet, the chosen destination receives the file or link under its own privacy terms.
Regional Google Analytics choices
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, privacy-limited Google Analytics loads by default unless you previously disabled it. You can disable it at any time with the Analytics choices control in the footer.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics does not load before a choice. A same-origin Cloudflare endpoint evaluates the request country at the edge and returns only whether consent is required; the page does not receive or store the country code. If the regional check fails or returns an unknown location, the site asks first.
When Google Analytics is active, it may receive pages viewed, broad device and browser information, country-level location, and product events such as changing an entry, printing, sharing, switching themes, or opening the optional Ko-fi support page. We do not send your name, email address, Epic Games credentials, backup file, share-state string, complete checklist state, support amount, or payment outcome. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
Your explicit allow or disable choice is saved in local browser storage. Disabling analytics blocks future collection from this browser and attempts to remove this site's Google Analytics cookies. Checklist, search, filters, backup, restore, sharing, printing, and Companion features continue to work without analytics.

Advertising status
As of August 17, 2026, this site does not display ads and earns no advertising revenue. An application for display advertising has been submitted but has not been approved. The presence of an ads.txt record does not mean an ad script is active. Before future advertising is enabled, this policy and the Disclosure must be updated and any required consent platform must be implemented.
Voluntary support and external payments
The site links to Evan Reed's Ko-fi page for optional support. Clicking that link leaves Sprite Checklist. Ko-fi and its connected payment provider process payment and supporter information under their own terms and privacy policies; Sprite Checklist does not collect card or payment credentials. Site analytics may record that the external support link was opened when analytics is active, but it does not receive the support amount or payment outcome.
Server and operational logs
Our hosting and security provider may process routine request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Those logs are separate from your browser-local checklist.
If you contact us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to send. Do not include passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal data.
Your choices

- Preview each Share Center output and do not send a link, message, image, or file if you do not want its displayed information disclosed.
